Saritza was born in Southern California and raised in Mexico, she received her bachelor’s degree in Public Health at Loma Linda University. She has always had a love for great dishes from many countries.

Saritza was raised vegetarian from birth, so she had a healthy living emphasis all her life.

Her desire is to create healthier dishes with full flavor, while selecting more nutritious products for better health.
